Job Overview
US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private passenger airline in Bangladesh, is looking for energetic, service-oriented, and safety-conscious individuals to join its Cabin Crew team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and a high standard of in-flight service while representing the airline professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and security by strictly following all aviation and company safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers throughout the flight.
- Handle passenger requests, operational challenges, and emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and perform all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, professionalism, and service at all times.
- Represent US-Bangla Airlines with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum HSC or equivalent with GPA 3.00/5.00 in both SSC and HSC.
- Diploma holders: Minimum CGPA 2.80/4.00.
- GCE O Level: Maximum 5 subjects with average grade D.
- GCE A Level: Maximum 2 subjects with average grade D.
- GED qualifications and age affidavits are not accepted.
Age Limits
- Freshers / Entry-Level: 18–27 years
- Experienced Cabin Crew: Up to 35 years with prior crew experience.
Physical & Fitness Requirements
- Male height minimum 168 cm / 5'6"
- Female height minimum 161 cm / 5'3"
- Arm reach minimum 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Weight proportionate to height.
- BMI between 18.0 and 25.0.
- Vision must be uncorrected 6/6 or correctable to 6/6.
- Colour blindness is disqualifying.
- No visible tattoos or permanent body marks.
Languages & Skills
- Fluent Bengali and English communication skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Swimming ability preferred.
Residency Requirement
- Candidates should reside near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) after joining.
- Preferred locations: Nikunja, Uttara (Sector 1–14), Bashundhara R/A, Baridhara J Block, Banani.
